The Recreational Program is a structured three-level system — Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced — designed for young athletes who aspire to join the Pre-Team and competitive Team programs.
 
Minimum age: 5½ years.
 
Beginner Level
For children who are new to gymnastics
Objective:
To build coordination, confidence, and basic body control through fun, guided activities in a safe and supportive environment.
 
✅ Beginner Level is open enrollment.
 
Intermediate Level
For students who have completed the Beginner Level or have prior experience
Placement by coach evaluation
Objective:
To strengthen the body, refine technique, and prepare students for more advanced movement patterns.
 
Advanced Level
For experienced gymnasts preparing to transition to Pre-Team
Placement by coach evaluation
Objective:
To develop advanced body control, power, and precision required for future competitive and Pre-Team training.
