Program Purpose
The Foundation Program introduces children to tennis as a tool for movement education and healthy physical activity. The primary goal is to help participants develop basic motor skills, confidence, and enjoyment of movement in a safe and supportive environment.
This program emphasizes participation and learning rather than skill evaluation or outcomes.

Introduction to basic tennis movements using age-appropriate equipment
