ANC Tennis Founder & Head Coach Jian Liu has served as the coach of the US national team and the Singapore national team, holding more than 30 years of professional coaching experience in the field of physical education. From a professional athlete to the coach of a national gymnastics team, Coach Liu's understanding and perception of sports have reached a stage of profound efficiency in the past 40 years. More than ten years of experience as an athlete granted him great expertise in the development of athletics. That experience has accumulated over time, and he has been coaching different national teams for over 20 years, providing him with a unique perspective on how to unleash the potential of athletes and uncover their newfound determination and competitiveness.

Many have even been admitted to prestigious American universities and Ivy League universities because of their talent nourished by coach LIU. He deeply feels that sports and academics are indeed dependent on each other. He completely believes that students with excellent performance in sports tend to have excellent academic prowesses.
In 2018, Coach Liu Jian formally joined ANC ESCO and established the ANC Tennis Academy Program, creating a unique training method that combines comprehensive gymnastics and professional tennis training. Under his training, students make extremely rapid increases in their expertise in tennis. Many of his students win tournaments and championships providing them with a consistently growing UTR and USTA rating.
Today, under his leadership, ANC Tennis Academy is home to more than a thousand growing and improving young athletes. You could also say that tennis is an accessory that Coach Liu wears gracefully along with his titles of gymnastics and athletics.
Erika I.Coach
UTR Rating 10+
Coach Erika began her tennis career at the age of 6, attending USTA tournaments at the age of 9. She has competed in high-level competitions throughout the United States and has won the Washington State 4A singles championships in her second year of high school. She has been trained by professional coaches, such as Jose Higueras and Brad Stine. Coach Erika has been chosen to represent the Pacific Northwest in Zonals (an sports event where USA competes with other countries) for 5 consecutive years.
Mark B.Coach
Coach Mark was trained by tennis top players in South Korea (former world ranking 100) and conducted rigorous training and became the main force in his Korean High School Team. After his high school career, Coach Mark moved to Germany and continued to train with German professional coaches. During this period, Coach Mark participated in many high-level competitions in Korea and Europe. In 2018, he won the semi-finals of the All-European Championships. To further his career, Coach Mark began college at the University of Washington and participated in various high-level competitions in the United States, achieving many outstanding results. Coach Mark has not only gained unique professional knowledge from the world's top players, but also gained rich experience from many competitions. His understanding and experience of tennis are integrated into his coaching, and students are taught with a passionate and professional attitude, opening opportunities for students to improve their skills.
Steve W.Coach
Coach Steve has been playing tennis for 18 years. He is a USPTA Certified Coach and participated in regional doubles tournaments in Hong Kong and achieved outstanding results. Coach Steve always keep himself updated with the latest tennis theories and techniques, and apply them to his teaching to ensure that his students received the best guidance and training.As a passionate tennis coach, his dedication lies in providing high-quality instruction and guidance, helping students love and succeed in tennis. He believe that tennis is more than just a sport; it teaches us values of teamwork, discipline, and perseverance. He is look forward to interacting and exchanging knowledge and experiences with students on ANC Tennis platform.
Olivia H. Coach
Coach Olivia started playing tennis at the age of 12. In July 2017, at the "Dongfeng Peugeot Future Masters Amateur Tennis Classic," a national youth amateur tennis competition jointly created by Dongfeng Peugeot and the China Tennis Association, she was among the top 32 players out of more than 300 teenagers from all over China. In 2018, she participated in the United World Games as a member of the Chinese Youth Team and won the team tennis championship among the 17 participating countries. She was a varsity girls' tennis team member at Bellevue High School for all four years, serving as team captain in her senior year and as team manager for the boys' team.
Phat T. Coach
Coach Phat has been a member of the Varsity high school team for 3 consecutive years, winning many matches and tournaments. Coach Phat is rich is tennis coaching experience, and his training method is rigorous and active. Coach Phat has an unique coaching method for students with special needs, and he is found extremely popular among junior students. He considers promoting tennis to young people as prideful and meaningful.
Bill T.Coach
Coach Bill began playing tennis in 7th grade, his passion truly grew for tennis when he entered high school. With strong dedication to tennis, he became a top varsity player in just two years and received the most improved award from his team. As number 1 doubles, Coach Bill competed well in his league tournament and was nominated as one of the strongest teams and competed in districts. Despite his achievements, he felt that these were not enough. Coach Bill strives to help people around him improve in the sport as well. Coach Bill is experienced in child interactions and is extremely passionate and skilled in coaching tennis.
Hope V.Coach
Coach Hope began playing for the Varsity Tennis Team in high school, where she served as a valued tennis player throughout her four-year high school career. Her senior year placed 3rd in the North Puget Sound League and qualified for Districts. She also volunteered to help manage and coach a boys high school tennis team for two years, leading them to winning the North Puget Sound League and continuing onto districts. Coach Hope currently attend the University of Washington where she continue to play club tennis.Her rich coaching experience makes her excellent at coaching players at different levels and ages. Coach Hope strives to bring unique coaching perspectives that are focused on improving students through detail and consistency.
Tate F.Coach

Coach Tate is a member of the nationally ranked NCAA Division 3 collegiate team, he has played tennis his whole life and have hon the WIAA 3A district, state championships, dozens of local and several national tournaments in singles and doubles. Coach Tate is ranked in the top 10 USTA PNW ranking throughout his career and is continually ranked in the top 150 in his age group. Coach Tate has been coaching for six years and is adept at teaching technique and strategy for all levels and can easily adjust based on the demands and levels of the athlete.
Eden S . Coach
Coach Eden has been a Varsity high school team member for 3 consecutive years, winning many matches and tournaments. Coach Eden is rich is tennis coaching experience, and his training method is rigorous and active. Coach Eden has a unique coaching method for students with special needs, and he is found to be extremely popular among junior students. He considers promoting tennis to young people as prideful and meaningful.
Noel L. Coach
Senior tennis player and coach, Noel Le graduated from the University of Chicago in the United States. As a student, he was selected to play for Division 3 of the University of Chicago's tennis team, achieving many accomplishments. After graduating, he worked as a coach for the Wilson Tennis Summer Camp in Chicago. Noel focuses on the refinement of social interaction, fitness, endurance, tennis mechanics, and executive function in tennis. His many years of tennis mastery has granted him unique perspectives with coaching students of all levels. He helps his students to achieve their full potential and play, and inspires his students to strive towards success and have a positive mindset to training. Noel will aid in helping his students improve comprehensively through many different techniques on the mental level.
Vanessa V. Coach
Coach Vanessa specializes in providing motivational and high-energy courses including gameplay insights for her students. Coach Vanessa
is experienced in safety awareness, behavioral improvement, and nutritional advice. Coach Vanessa worked for the Carlos Frias Tennis School in Venezuela as a youth trainer, where she learned to help her students develop the basic components of sport, and establish fundamentals of exercise. Vanessa now provides services for the Eastside Tennis Center in Kirkland as a tennis instructor, running camps designed by collaborating coaches, assessing attendance, and developing a unique coaching style that involves fun, quick, and accurate instructions. Vanessa graduated from the Universidad Politecnico Santiago Marino, Venezuela with a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, and has accumulated numerous awards in tennis, including 1st place in doubles, 5th category in 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2nd place in 2022.
